At 5 Steps Academy, enrollment is open year-round, and our goal is to make the admission process straightforward and enjoyable. You can schedule admissions meetings and school tours by appointment on any weekday from 10 am to 2 pm. However, if you can’t make it during working hours, we can arrange a school tour for you during evenings, weekends, or both. To book an appointment, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at +65 8655-0005.
If you’re interested in enrolling at 5 Steps Academy, we’ve outlined five easy steps to get you started:
Step 1: Contact us to book your personalized school tour, either in person or virtually. You can schedule a visit on any weekday, Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm, or we can arrange a video call at almost any time, including evenings and weekends.
Step 2: Apply online, and we’ll create your school account. Sign in to Google with your school account and complete the required forms, including CCAs Preferences and Special Requirements Form, Pre-Course Counseling Form, and Health Records Form. Remember to sign in to Google with your school account to access the links.
Step 3: Attend an in-person or virtual pre-course counseling session, where you’ll need to bring along your and your child’s passports, passes, and your child’s certificate of completion of the highest grade or equivalent document. You’ll also need to sign the Student Contract.
Step 4: Read the Student Handbook carefully, attend an in-person or virtual orientation session, and fill out the Orientation Form. Steps 2, 3, and 4 can be completed in one day.
Step 5: Transfer the first-month school fee according to our payment options, and your child can start school any day (we’ll prorate the school fees accordingly). Once we activate your account, you’ll receive an Enrolment Letter and have access to all necessary documents, including the school Syllabus, your child’s personal progress file, timetable, and Parent Portal.
After your child begins schooling, we’ll take approximately two weeks to assess them and create their individual learning plan.
